The Organiser: Beth Lloyd has written several books on Jersey. From 1993 – 2006 she was Head of Business Development at the Jersey Heritage Trust where, amongst her other duties, she organised special events and historic re-enactments and was a prime mover in setting up Heritage Lets - self-catering accommodation in the Island’s forts and towers. She has a reputation for being both organised and innovative.

The Blue Badge Guide: Sue Hardy is an Islander who has always been fascinated by local history and who enjoys the great outdoors. She is actively involved with both the National Trust for Jersey and the Société Jersiaise and is a Blue Badge Guide with over ten years’ experience. Her love for her Island is infectious and she adds an extra dimension to every tour she leads.
The Garden Expert: Denis Shaw has worked in horticulture all his life, mainly in research, experimental work and teaching. He came to Jersey in 1964 to set up training courses in commercial horticulture and agriculture as well as home gardening courses and has been here ever since! He has been the BBC Radio Jersey garden expert for 25 years and his weekly spot of helpful tips and advice is one of the most long-lived and popular features on the station. He loves going round the local gardens, and passing on his knowledge to other garden enthusiasts.
